BlastOne General Privacy Policy
Last Modified Date: [October 12, 2026]
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how BlastOne International and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “BlastOne”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collect, store, use, disclose and otherwise process information in the course of our business, including through our websites that link to this Privacy Policy (such as www.BlastOne.com) (the “Site”), our online services (the “Online Services”) and through other means such as our and our partner’s events, sales and marketing activities. It also sets out more information about your privacy rights applicable to personal information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household, as defined by applicable privacy laws (“Personal Information”).
By accessing and using the Site containing a link to this Privacy Policy, or by using our Online Services where a link to this Privacy Policy is provided, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and any updates we make to it. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, then please do not provide us with your information. Please note, however, that if you choose to limit the information that you provide to us while using the Site, you may not be able to use or participate in certain features of the Site.
BlastOne processes multiple categories of Personal Information for different purposes:
- Controller Data: Personal Information that we collect or process for our own business (“Controller Data”). Controller Data includes contact information provided on the Site or through other direct marketing activities, along with information provided in connection with inquiries for employment provided through the Site. Under applicable law, BlastOne is a “controller” of Controller Data or, with respect to the CCPA, a “business” that collects such data. Included within Controller Data are specific sub-types of data that may be protected as Personal Information under certain state laws, for individuals who reside in those states.
- Processor Data: Personal Information that our business partners and customers ask us to process on their behalf (“Processor Data”). Under applicable law, in certain contexts BlastOne is considered the “processor” or “service provider” of Personal Information we receive through our business operations, and our customer is (or acts on behalf of) the “controller” of the data (i.e., the company with the right to decide how the data is used).
This Privacy Policy applies to our handling of Controller Data. Our obligations with respect to Processor Data are covered under the specific agreements that we enter into between us and each of our business partners and customers.
Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to revise or update this Privacy Policy at any time, and you should periodically read the Privacy Policy to learn of any revisions or updates. If the revision or update is material, we will provide you notification via email or a pop-up banner; however, for non-material revisions or updates, we will notify you by posting the revised or updated Privacy Policy and its “Last Modified Date” on the Site. Using the Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the Privacy Policy and its revisions or updates.
1. The Types of Personal Information That We Collect

1.2. Personal Information automatically collected when you visit the Site or use the Online Services.
BlastOne and third-party service providers may automatically collect data about you when you use the Site. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Site, and for our internal analytics so that we can improve our Online Services and Site. This information includes:
- Identifiers, including IP address and cookies
- Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information, including browsing history, browser and device information, hardware model, software, preferred language, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, network information, clickstreams, search history, information regarding your interaction with our Site, IP address, cookies, pixel tags, browser version, operating system
- Location information, including your location when you browse the Site or use the Online Services, and broad geolocation collected through the use of third-party website traffic analytics tools.
- Information collected or generated as a result of the operation of equipment we have sold to you or have rented to you.
1.3. Use of Cookies, Pixels, and Online Identifiers
Consent Management and Cookie Controls. We use a consent management platform to give you control over non-essential cookies and tracking technologies on the Site. When you first visit the Site, a consent banner presents you with clear options to accept or reject cookies, and to customize your preferences by category, including Strictly Necessary, Functionality, Performance, and Targeting cookies. Non-essential and third-party tracking technologies are blocked until you provide consent. Strictly Necessary cookies, which are required for the Site to function and remain secure, are always active and cannot be switched off. You can review or change your choices at any time by selecting the “Your Privacy Choices” link available in the footer of the Site, which reopens the consent preferences panel. For visitors located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom, we apply an opt-in model, meaning non-essential cookies and tracking technologies will not fire until you affirmatively provide consent.
We and our third-party providers use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to collect Usage Data. We may allow third parties to collect this Usage Data on our behalf and to retain and use this Usage Data themselves. We use this Usage Data to, for example, analyze and understand how you access, use, and interact with us through the Site and Online Services, to identify and resolve bugs and errors in the Site and Online Services, to assess, secure, protect, optimize, and improve the performance of the Site and Online Services, for marketing and advertising purposes, analytics purposes, and to personalize content in the Site and Online Services. We may also aggregate such information to analyze trends, administer the Site and Online Services, and gather broad demographic information.
Third Party Analytics & Marketing Partners. We use third party tools, which are operated by third party companies, to analyze ad traffic and usage of the Site and Online Services. These tools collect data about your interaction with the Site and Online Services via the cookies and through the standard implementation. This data may be used for purposes including delivering banner advertisements and other advertising tailored to your interests when you visit certain websites. These include, but are not limited to:
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics on the Site and Online Services to help us analyze traffic and improve services. For more information on Google Analytics’ processing of personal information, please see https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.
- You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager. You can find out more about how Google uses cookies in advertising and opt-out via the following links: Google Display Network (DoubleClick) & Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Meta Pixel. We may use Meta Pixel Tags on one or more of our Sites to better measure, optimize, and retarget our marketing campaigns. More information about the protection of your privacy can be found in Facebook’s Data Policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. For information about Facebook pixel opt-out options, please visit: https://www.facebook.com/help/568137493302217.
Cross-Device Tracking. We and our providers may use the information we collect about you within the Site and Online Services and on other third-party websites and services to help us and these third parties identify other devices that you use (e.g., a mobile phone, tablet, other computer, etc.) to interact or engage with us or the Site and Online Services.
Third-Party Advertising & Marketing Providers. We work with third-party ad networks, analytics, marketing partners, and others to personalize content and display advertising within the Site and Online Services, as well as to manage our advertising on third-party sites. We and these third-party ad companies may use cookies and other tools to collect browsing and activity information within the Site and Online Services (as well as on third-party sites and services), as well as IP addresses, unique IDs, cookie and advertising IDs, and other online identifiers. We and these third-party ad companies use this information to provide you more relevant ads and content within the Site and Online Services and on third-party sites, and to evaluate the success of such ads and content. Please see below for further information regarding how to exercise your right to opt-out of the sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising. These include, but are not limited to:
- Google AdWords. The Site and Online Services use the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to the Site and Online Services. That could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our sites. Any data we collect will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and Google is responsible to abide by its own Privacy Policy.
- You can set your preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page: https://adssettings.google.com/.
While we may use a variety of service providers to perform advertising services, some of these companies are members of NAI or the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory Program for Online Behavioral Advertising. You may want to visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp, which provides information regarding targeted advertising and the “opt-out” procedures of NAI members. You may also want to visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices/, which provides information regarding targeted advertising and offers an “opt-out” by participating companies in the DAA Self-Regulatory Program. Please note that opting out through these mechanisms does not opt you out of being served advertising, and you will continue to receive generic ads while online.
1.4. Do-Not-Track
Many web browsers include a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that signals your preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. However, there is currently no uniform standard for recognizing and implementing the DNT signals. As such, BlastOne does not monitor or respond to DNT browser requests. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, then we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
1.5. Information We Receive from Third Parties
In addition to collecting some Personal Information directly from you, we may collect Personal Information from third parties including our affiliates and subsidiaries, data providers, and credit bureaus where permitted by law. You agree that the third-party providers of data, not BlastOne, are responsible for maintaining your information with proper and sufficient accuracy and authority in accordance with all governing laws and regulations. We make no effort to verify any information for any purpose, including accuracy, legality, or non-infringement that we properly receive from third parties. We also collect personal information automatically when you visit our Site and while receiving our services.
We may also receive information about you from social media platforms, such as when you interact with us on those platforms or access our social media content. Please note that the information we may receive from those third-party sites (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube) is governed by the privacy settings, policies and/or procedures of the applicable platform, and we strongly encourage you to review them before submitting any information using a social media platform.

We may provide these features through technology provided by third parties and you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to these providers by using these features.
- Advertising Partners. We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Display Advertising and Remarketing services. These advertising partners may use first- and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to this website. You can opt out of these services using the Ads Preferences Manager or you can use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These advertising partners may use this information (and similar information collected from other services) for purposes of delivering personalized advertisements to you when you visit digital properties within their networks, commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising.”
- Authorized Representatives. If another individual is managing your account on your behalf (for example, a wife managing the account of her husband), as authorized by you or as a personal representative under applicable law, that person can view all Personal Information about you in our Online Services.
- In the Event of Merger, Sale, Divestitures or Change of Control. We may transfer or assign Personal Information to an entity that acquires or is merged with us as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of ownership or assets, or other change of control.
- Other Disclosures. We may disclose your Personal Information if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms of Use or Terms of Sale, including investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; or (iv) protect against harm to our, your, or third parties’ rights, property, or safety.
We may share de-identified and/or aggregate analytics with third-party partners about how users interact with our Online Services, including usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality available through the Online Services.
4. Transfer of Personal Information to Other Jurisdictions
BlastOne operates internationally and uses affiliates, cloud infrastructure, and service providers that may transfer, store, access, replicate, back up, or otherwise process Personal Information outside the country in which it was collected. Processing locations may vary based on operational, support, resilience, and legal requirements, and the privacy laws in those locations may not provide the same protections as the laws in the jurisdiction in which you are located. If you provide Personal Information to us, please note that it may be transferred, processed, used, accessed and/or stored in other jurisdictions, where local laws may not provide the same protections as the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. Do not provide Personal Information to us if you do not want it transferred or processed outside your country, or if the laws in your country restrict such transfers.
5. Retention Period
Personal Information is retained by BlastOne no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required (such as under applicable contracts with clients or business partners) or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
6. Third-Party Sites
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or websites that may be displayed to you in search results, websites that may include third-party services, or other websites linked from our Site. This Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our products or services, and who may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies to serve and offer relevant ads.
7. User Generated Content
When you voluntarily disclose information about yourself in the content that you submit to this website (e.g., personal information such as your name, phone number and personal web address) through a traveler review or other public posting on the website, this information will be publicly available, can be collected and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from others. Such activities are beyond our control. Please refrain from disclosing personal information on this website that you intend to keep private.
Please also note that by submitting a traveler review or other public posting on this website, it becomes the property of BlastOne, and we may reproduce some or all of it in our promotional materials—either elsewhere on our website, our social media, in an email, or in our catalogs. You also authorize us to disclose your last name, hometown and state, and travel history with us in connection with the review.
8. Contest And Sweepstakes Entries
We occasionally offer sweepstakes and contests. To participate in these online sweepstakes, we may require you to register and provide us with personal information, such as your name and email address. This Privacy Notice applies to sweepstakes we may administer online through the Site or Online Services or other social media or digital platforms. Some sweepstakes we advertise may be administered by third parties who would collect your information, and you should review the privacy policies of the administering party to understand how your data is used and protected by them. In sweepstakes we offer, we will use the information you provide us for purposes including administering the sweepstakes, subscription to our newsletter, and other purposes disclosed at the time of registration. You should carefully review the Official Rules of any sweepstakes or contest in which you participate, including any option to opt-out of receiving special offers and marketing material by unchecking the appropriate box when registering for sweepstakes.
9. Confidentiality and Security
We maintain reasonable safeguards using industry standard technology to heighten the security, accuracy and privacy of any Personal Information we have collected, and we have put in place reasonable precautions to protect information from loss and misuse. While we implement these measures, please note that 100% security is not possible, and we cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard Personal Information will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective.
BlastOne may assign you a user ID and a password as part of your participation and access to the Site and your account. Only you may use your user ID and password. You may not share your user ID and password with anyone else, and you are solely responsible for maintaining and protecting the confidentiality of your user ID and password. By using the Site or Online Services, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not attempt to register for an account or send any Personal Information about yourself to us. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received or collected Personal Information from a user of the Site who is under the age of 16, we will attempt to immediately delete that information from our files and records. Furthermore, we encourage users of the Site that are minors that are 16 years of age or older to ask their parents or guardians for permission before sending any information about themselves over the Internet.
If you believe a child who is under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the information below.

You also may ask us not to send you other marketing or informational communications by contacting us as specified in the Contact Us section below, and we will honor your request. Please note that even after you are removed from our marketing lists, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as responding to your support requests.
11.2. Advertisements. Advertisements appearing on the Site may be delivered by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by us and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
We and our service providers may use information about your interactions with the Site to predict your interests and select the ads you see on and off the Site. This is known as interest-based advertising. In providing interest-based ads, we follow the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising developed by the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”).
