HTROTZU230The Tercoo Pre-Blaster Disc Assembly is a pre-assembled tungsten-carbide tipped disc wheel designed for fast removal of thick, stubborn coatings. It mounts on the same Bristle Blaster tool as typical Bristle Blaster wheels, but without the accelerator bar and with a different shroud. It is designed to improve productivity reducing the time spent on heavy coating removal, where final cleaning and profiling is performed by traditional Bristle Blaster wheels.
- Pre-assembled wheel comprised of 8 tungsten-carbide tipped discs
- For heavy coating and corrosion removal prior to Bristle Blaster surface profiling
- Targets thick materials including paint, epoxy, bitumen, tar, rubber, rust, and fireproofing
- Supports removal of coatings up to 5 mm thick / 200 mils (per manufacturer data)
