Graco Airless Spray Tip Seals are replacement sealing gaskets used in the spray tip and guard assembly on the RAC 5 airless spray tip series. They help maintain a tight seal at the tip interface to reduce paint bypass and drips, and they are commonly replaced during routine tip and guard maintenance.

Each unit features:
- 3600 psi rated
- At least a 30:1 airless sprayer should be used, ideally a 40:1 system
- Systems are sold bare - hose and controls should be ordered separate
- Before use be sure to consult the coating manufacturer for appropriate pump and tip size. Internal Pipe Coating Tools (IPCT) are suited to a wide variety of coatings that can be applied with an airless system (a 40:1 system is suggested).Only painters experienced with applying plural component systems and the cleaning requirements of plural application equipment should use the IPCT systems with plural component paint. This is particularly true for coatings with quick set times.
