INDPCThe DeFelsko PosiTest PC Powder Checker is a handheld, non contact gage that uses airborne ultrasound to predict the cured thickness of uncured powder coatings in seconds. It is designed for in process checks on the line, including moving parts and swinging hooks, so operators can adjust application before cure.
- Non contact measurement using airborne ultrasound to analyze applied powder
- Range: 20 to 100 μm (0.8 to 4.0 mils), with 1 μm (0.1 mil) resolution
